Full MEP and FP design for this 35,000 square foot office building with a 3.2 million dollar construction value.
Engineering design for our disciplines included exam rooms, treatment rooms, procedure rooms, ultrasound rooms, x-ray facilities, pediatrics, pharmacy, administration offices and conference rooms. Mechanical design included energy efficient equipment selection, economizer systems, DDC system controls and ductwork systems. Electrical systems design included lighting controls for energy management, power distribution, nurse call, fire alarm, telephone and security.
