Company

 Over the past twenty years

By Stan Everett, P.E., LEED AP, CxA, Principal

On July 1, 1989, four individuals embarked on a mission to develop a new engineering services firm that provided significant value-added services to its clients through five key principals. The driving tenets are principal involvement on projects, opportunities for growth and advancement to its employees, positive influence in the profession and the community, diversified ownership opportunities to key employees, and positive return on investment to its owners.

Over the past twenty years, the companies that have been created from the initial ideas and efforts of Pete Hudson, Stan Everett, Jim Simonson, and Bart Mullis have worked diligently to accomplish what the founders envisioned.  These companies provided a livelihood for families, influenced the profession through involvement in professional and technical associations, enhanced their communities through involvement in charities, offered opportunities for growth and ownership to employees, and touched countless lives through building systems designs that provide safer and more efficient buildings in which to work, live, or play.
