To ensure internal quality control, HESM&A assigns a Principal to guide each project from design and commissioning to completion. In addition, we appoint the project’s lead designer or commissioning technician, usually an engineer from the complimentary discipline, as an assistant project manager who is always available to answer client questions. After these key individuals evaluate the project, an independent reviewing staff with experience in engineering, commissioning, and construction does an in-house review for required submittal stages. In this way, we oversee the integration among disciplines and limit the number of errors or omissions.
By attending project meetings, participating in the design and commissioning process, and overseeing the project through to construction, the HESM&A Principal ensures that a client’s project receives the attention it deserves.
